Logging In to Sellify GPT

How to Log In​

  1. Go to the Sellify GPT login page
  2. Enter your email address and password
  3. Click Log In

You'll be taken to your dashboard. Your session will stay active while you're using the app.

Forgot Your Password?​

If you can't remember your password, follow these steps:

  1. On the login page, click Forgot Password?
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account
  3. Check your email for a password reset link
  4. Click the link and create a new password
  5. Log in with your new password
tip

Password reset links expire after 24 hours. If yours has expired, you can request a new one.

Common Login Issues​

"Invalid Email or Password"​

Double-check that you've entered your email and password correctly. Passwords are case-sensitive.

"Account Not Found"​

The email you entered doesn't have a Sellify GPT account. Make sure you're using the correct email address. If you don't have an account, sign up here.

"Your Account is Inactive"​

An admin has deactivated your account. Contact your account administrator to reactivate it.

Can't Access Login Page​

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or use a different browser. Make sure your internet connection is stable.
