Navigating the App

Once you log in, you'll see the main interface with a sidebar on the left and content on the right. Here's what each part does.

The sidebar (left side) has links to all the main sections of Sellify GPT:

  • Dashboard: Your home view with key metrics and recent activity
  • Contacts: View, search, and manage all your contacts
  • Deals: See your sales pipeline and track deals by stage
  • Dialer: Make calls and use the power dialer
  • SMS: Send and receive text messages
  • Analytics: View team performance and KPIs
  • Admin: Manage users, teams, billing, and pipeline settings (if you have admin access)

Click any section to navigate there.

Header Bar

At the top of the page, you'll find:

  • Search: Search for contacts by name, phone, email, or deal name
  • Notifications: See recent activity (calls, messages, assigned tasks)
  • Settings: Click the gear icon to access your profile, preferences, and account settings

Key Pages at a Glance

Dashboard

Your overview of activity, key metrics, and upcoming tasks. A great place to start your day.

Contacts

A searchable list of all your prospects and customers. Click any contact to see their details, activity history, and associated deals.

Deals

A Kanban board view of your sales pipeline. Drag deals between stages as they progress.

Dialer

Make calls directly from the app. You can start calls from the Dialer page or from any contact record.

SMS

Read and send text messages. Access your SMS inbox and view conversations with your contacts.

Analytics

Review performance metrics, team stats, and deal pipeline data. Perfect for weekly team meetings.

Admin

Set up users, teams, customize your pipeline, and manage billing (admin only).

Not all sections may be visible if your admin has restricted your access. Contact your account administrator if you need access to a feature.
