Profile Settings

Your profile page contains your personal account information. Access it anytime to update how you appear in Sellify GPT and manage your preferences.

Accessing Your Profile​

  1. Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the top right of the header
  2. Select Profile from the dropdown menu
  3. You're now on your profile settings page

You can also access profile from some other locations like the sidebar user menu.

Updating Your Name​

Your name appears in:

  • The sidebar (showing who's logged in)
  • Contact timelines (next to notes and activity you create)
  • Team directories and scorecards
  • SMS and call records

To update your name:

  1. Locate the First Name and Last Name fields
  2. Edit them with your current name
  3. Click Save Changes

Your updated name displays immediately across the app.

Updating Your Email​

Your email is used for:

  • Logging in
  • Account recovery (if you forget your password)
  • Notifications and alerts
  • Your unique user identifier

To change your email:

  1. Click the Email field
  2. Enter your new email address
  3. A verification link will be sent to the new address
  4. Click the link in the verification email
  5. The change is confirmed

You can only log in with your current email. Until you verify the new email, your old email remains your login.

Other Profile Information​

You may also update:

  • Phone Number: For contact purposes
  • Timezone: For accurate scheduling of tasks and callbacks
  • Notification Preferences: How you want to be alerted
  • Profile Photo: Upload a headshot (optional, but recommended for team visibility)

A complete profile with a photo helps your team know who you are and builds a more cohesive team culture.

All changes are saved automatically. You don't need to click a save button for each field (except email verification).
