Analytics Dashboard

The Analytics Dashboard gives you a birds-eye view of your team's performance with KPIs, charts, and trends. Use it for weekly check-ins and spotting opportunities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

At the top of the dashboard, you'll see main metrics:

  • Total Calls: Number of calls made this period
  • Connected Calls: How many people answered (vs. voicemail/no answer)
  • Connection Rate: Percentage of calls that connected
  • SMS Sent: Total text messages sent
  • Avg Call Duration: Average length of calls
  • Pipeline Value: Total value of all open deals
  • Deals Closed: Number of deals won this period
  • Win Rate: Percentage of deals closed vs. total deals

Compare these to previous periods to see if you're improving.

Charts and Visualizations

The dashboard includes interactive charts:

Call Volume Chart

Shows calls made over time (daily, weekly, monthly). Spot trends in activity levels.

Disposition Breakdown

A pie chart showing the outcome of your calls (Connected, Voicemail, Not Interested, etc.). Useful for identifying where leads are getting stuck.

Pipeline Funnel

Shows how many contacts are at each stage of your sales process. Identifies bottlenecks.

Top Performers

If you're a manager, see which team members are making the most calls and closing the most deals.

Date Range Filtering

At the top of the dashboard:

  1. Click the date range selector
  2. Choose a preset (Today, This Week, This Month, This Quarter, Custom)
  3. The dashboard updates to show data for that period

Use this to compare performance across different time periods.

tip

Review your dashboard weekly to identify trends and adjust your strategy. Increased voicemail rates might mean call timing needs adjustment.
