Lead Scoring
Sellify GPT's AI lead scoring system automatically rates how sales-ready each contact is based on their behavior and engagement. Scores help you prioritize who to call first.
How Lead Scores Work
Your contacts receive a lead score (0-100) based on two factors:
- Behavioral Data: Interactions with you (calls, SMS, email opens, website visits)
- AI Analysis: Quality of engagement and purchase readiness signals
The system continuously updates scores as new activity happens.
Score Factors
Your contact's lead score increases when they:
- Answer your calls (shows interest and availability)
- Reply to SMS messages (engagement)
- Open emails you send (attention)
- Mention buying signals ("timeline," "budget," "decision maker")
- Engage frequently (multiple touches)
- Move through your deal pipeline (progressing)
Scores decrease when:
- A lot of time passes with no activity
- The contact says they're not interested
- They unsubscribe or opt out
Engagement Levels
Scores are grouped into engagement tiers:
- 90-100 (Hot): Highly engaged, sales-ready. Call first.
- 70-89 (Warm): Good engagement, moving forward. Call today.
- 50-69 (Medium): Some interest shown. Follow up soon.
- 30-49 (Cool): Light engagement. Nurture with content.
- 0-29 (Cold): Little to no engagement. Long-term nurture.
Using Lead Scores to Prioritize
In your contacts list:
- Sort by lead score (highest first)
- Start your day calling hot and warm leads
- Nurture cool and cold leads with email or SMS
Higher-score leads are more likely to convert, so prioritizing them improves your close rate.
Don't ignore cold leads—nurture them. Sometimes a cold lead becomes hot after a few touches or when timing changes.
Lead scores are suggestions, not rules. Use them to focus your time, but also follow your sales instinct and prioritize strategic accounts.
