AI-Generated Call Summary
Once a call ends, you'll see a summary in the activity timeline that includes:
- Call Duration: How long the call lasted
- Participants: Who was on the call
- Key Topics: What you discussed
- Call Outcome: How the call went (positive, neutral, challenging)
The summary appears automatically in the contact's activity timeline.
Performance Scores
The post-call analysis includes performance metrics for your call:
- Overall Score: 0-100 rating of your sales performance
- Talk-to-Listen Ratio: Percentage of time you talked vs. listened (higher listening % is usually better)
- Question Quality: How well your questions were designed to move the sale forward
- Objection Handling: How effectively you addressed concerns
- Closing Approach: Strength of your closing attempt
These scores help you identify where to improve.

The AI identifies and lists:
- Topics Discussed: Budget, timeline, product features, competition, etc.
