After every call, Sellify GPT's AI analyzes the conversation and generates a summary with insights to help you improve and track progress.

AI-Generated Call Summary

Once a call ends, you'll see a summary in the activity timeline that includes:

  • Call Duration: How long the call lasted
  • Participants: Who was on the call
  • Key Topics: What you discussed
  • Call Outcome: How the call went (positive, neutral, challenging)

The summary appears automatically in the contact's activity timeline.

Performance Scores

The post-call analysis includes performance metrics for your call:

  • Overall Score: 0-100 rating of your sales performance
  • Talk-to-Listen Ratio: Percentage of time you talked vs. listened (higher listening % is usually better)
  • Question Quality: How well your questions were designed to move the sale forward
  • Objection Handling: How effectively you addressed concerns
  • Closing Approach: Strength of your closing attempt

These scores help you identify where to improve.

Key Topics and Objections

The AI identifies and lists:

  • Topics Discussed: Budget, timeline, product features, competition, etc.
  • Objections Raised: "It's too expensive," "We're happy with our current vendor," etc.
  • Buying Signals: Positive indicators like "How soon can you start?" or "What's the next step?"

Use this info for follow-up planning.

Based on the call, the AI suggests:

  • Recommended Follow-Up: "Send a comparison document," "Schedule another call"
  • Timeline: When to follow up
  • Documents to Send: Any materials that might help
  • Questions for Next Call: Topics to explore further
