During calls, Sellify GPT's AI listens in and provides real-time coaching suggestions to help you improve your sales technique on the spot.
The Coaching Panel During Calls
When you're on a call, a coaching panel appears on the right side of your screen. It shows real-time suggestions and insights as you talk.
The coaching panel has three main tabs:
- Transcript: What's been said so far
- Coaching: Real-time suggestions
- Insights: Analysis of the call
Transcript Tab
This tab shows a live transcript of the conversation as it happens:
- Your words appear on the right
- The contact's words appear on the left
- Timestamps mark when each part was said
- You can search the transcript (useful after the call)
The transcript updates in real-time, though there may be a slight delay.
Coaching Tab
This is where the AI helps you sell better. You'll see suggestion cards that appear during the call, such as:
- "Ask about their timeline"
- "Acknowledge their concern about price"
- "Ask for the sale"
- "Clarify the next steps"
Each suggestion is context-aware based on what's been discussed. You don't have to follow suggestions—use judgment based on the conversation flow.
Insights Tab
After the call ends, the Insights tab shows analysis including:
- Key topics discussed
- Objections the contact raised
- Buying signals the contact showed
- Sentiment analysis (how engaged they seemed)
- Recommended next steps
Sentiment Meter
At the top of the coaching panel, a sentiment meter shows how the contact seems to feel:
- Green: Positive, engaged, interested
- Yellow: Neutral, considering
- Red: Negative, uninterested, frustrated
The meter updates as the call progresses, giving you instant feedback on how you're doing.
Use coaching suggestions as guidance, not rules. The best salespeople listen to the customer and adjust their approach.
All coaching is powered by AI analysis of your call. The more calls you make, the better the AI gets at helping you.
