Billing & Subscription
The Billing section (Admin only) shows your current plan, usage, costs, and invoices.
Viewing Your Plan
Your current plan appears at the top of the Billing page:
- Plan Name: Which plan you're on (Starter, Professional, Enterprise)
- Billing Period: Monthly or annual
- Renewal Date: When your next bill is due
- Price: Your monthly or annual cost
Your plan includes a certain number of user seats and features.
Usage Meters
Below your plan, you'll see usage this month:
- Active Users: How many team members are using the system
- Contacts: Total contacts in your CRM
- Calls: Number of calls made
- SMS: Number of text messages sent
- Storage: Data used (call recordings, etc.)
If you're near or over limits, warnings appear. Some features may be restricted if you exceed limits.
Upgrading Your Plan
To move to a higher plan:
- Click Upgrade Plan
- Choose a new plan level
- Review the features and new price
- Click Confirm Upgrade
Your plan changes immediately. You're billed the difference prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Downgrading Your Plan
To move to a lower plan:
- Click Change Plan
- Select a lower tier
- Confirm you understand what features you'll lose
- Click Confirm Downgrade
Your plan changes at the start of your next billing cycle. You'll receive a refund for the prorated difference.
Invoices
View and download past invoices:
- Scroll to Billing History
- Find the invoice you need
- Click Download PDF
Invoices show:
- Plan and features
- Usage charges
- Total amount billed
- Payment method used
Payment Methods
Update how you're billed:
- Click Payment Method
- Add or update a credit card
- Set as default if you have multiple methods
Your card is encrypted and secure.
Review your usage meters monthly to catch any unexpected charges early.
