Call Recordings

All calls made through Sellify GPT are automatically recorded (in compliance with applicable laws). Recordings help with training, quality assurance, and dispute resolution.

Where to Find Recordings

To access a call recording:

  1. Open the contact's profile
  2. Scroll to the activity timeline
  3. Find the call activity you want to review
  4. Click on the call to expand it
  5. You'll see the recording player with a play button

Recordings appear in the timeline just like any other activity.

Playing Recordings

Click the Play button to listen to the recording. You can:

  • Play/Pause: Control playback
  • Skip: Jump forward or backward through the recording
  • Speed: Adjust playback speed (1x, 1.5x, 2x)
  • Download: Save the recording to your computer (if enabled)

A timeline scrubber shows your position in the call. Click anywhere on the timeline to jump to that point.

Call Recording Transcripts

Some calls include AI-generated transcripts. If available:

  1. Click the Transcript tab below the recording player
  2. Read the full text of the conversation
  3. Use Ctrl+F (or Cmd+F on Mac) to search for specific words or phrases

Transcripts help you quickly find key moments without listening to the entire call.

Coaching Insights from Recordings

Hover over or click specific parts of the transcript to see:

  • AI Coaching Suggestions: What the AI thought you could have done better
  • Sentiment Analysis: How the customer felt during different parts of the call
  • Key Topics: What was discussed

This helps you improve your sales technique over time.

Review recordings of your best calls to identify what works, and struggling calls to see where you can improve.

All recordings are private and encrypted. Only you and users with appropriate permissions can access them.
