Power Dialer

The Power Dialer lets you rapidly call through a list of contacts, perfect for high-volume calling campaigns and prospecting.

Loading Contacts into the Dial Queue

To start a power dialing session:

  1. Click Dialer in the sidebar
  2. Click Start Power Dialing or Create New Session
  3. Select contacts to add to your dial queue:
    • Choose from saved contact lists or filtered results
    • Or select individual contacts manually
  4. Click Start Dialing

The contacts appear in a queue. You'll dial them one after another.

Preview Mode vs. Power Mode

Sellify GPT offers two calling modes:

Preview Mode

  • See the contact's name and information before calling
  • You choose when to dial each contact
  • Good for less experienced callers or complex sales

Power Mode

  • Contacts auto-dial as soon as the previous call ends
  • Minimal delay between calls
  • Maximizes calling time and productivity
  • Great for inside sales teams

Choose your preferred mode when starting your session.

During Your Dialing Session

As you dial each contact:

  1. The softphone connects the call
  2. Make your pitch or ask your qualifying questions
  3. After the call ends, a disposition modal appears (see Call Dispositions)
  4. Select a disposition and take notes
  5. The system moves to the next contact

You never leave the dialer interface—everything happens in one place.

Session Stats

At the top of the dialer, you'll see live stats:

  • Calls Made: Total calls in this session
  • Connected: How many people answered
  • Voicemails: Voicemails left
  • Duration: Total talk time
  • Avg Call Length: Average call duration

Take good notes during dispositions—they help with follow-up and team coaching.

You can pause your session anytime and resume later. The remaining contacts stay in your queue.
