Activities

Activities are the interactions you have with your contacts. Tracking them helps you stay organized and gives you a complete history of each relationship.

Types of Activities

Sellify GPT logs several types of activities:

  • Calls: Phone conversations tracked by the integrated dialer
  • SMS: Text messages sent and received
  • Notes: Manual notes you add to the timeline
  • Emails: Email correspondence (if connected)
  • Meetings: Scheduled meetings and video calls
  • Tasks: To-do items and reminders

Viewing Activities

Activities appear in the activity timeline on each contact's profile. Click any activity to view details:

  • When it occurred
  • Duration (for calls)
  • Full transcript or message content
  • Associated notes or dispositions
  • Call recordings (if available)

Auto-Logging by Dialer and SMS

When you make calls through the Dialer, they're automatically logged as activities on the contact's profile. The call duration, date, and time are recorded automatically.

Similarly, any SMS messages you send or receive are automatically logged as activities.

Auto-logged activities help ensure a complete contact history without extra steps from you.

Manual Activities

You can also manually add activities:

  1. Click + New Activity on a contact's profile
  2. Select the activity type
  3. Enter details (what you discussed, next steps, etc.)
  4. Set a date and time
  5. Click Save

Filtering Activities

Use the activity filter on a contact's profile to show only certain types:

  • Show all activities
  • Calls only
  • SMS only
  • Notes only
  • Meetings only

Use activity notes to document key details from calls—objections raised, budget mentioned, or next steps discussed. This helps your team stay in sync.
