Deals & Pipeline

Your sales pipeline is displayed as a Kanban board, making it easy to visualize where each deal stands and move them forward.

The Kanban Board View

Click Deals in the sidebar to see your pipeline. You'll see columns for each stage of your sales process, such as:

  • Lead: New prospects
  • Qualified: Prospects you've spoken with
  • Proposal: Sent a quote or proposal
  • Negotiation: Working on terms
  • Closed Won: Deal closed successfully
  • Closed Lost: Deal didn't work out

Each column contains deal cards representing opportunities at that stage.

Deal Cards

Each card shows:

  • Contact Name: The prospect or customer
  • Deal Amount: The value of the deal
  • Deal Owner: Who is responsible for moving it forward
  • Due Date: When you expect to close
  • Key Notes: Brief details about the deal

Dragging Deals Between Stages

As your deal progresses, drag the card to the next stage. For example, when you've sent a proposal, drag it from "Qualified" to "Proposal".

  1. Click and hold a deal card
  2. Drag it to the new stage column
  3. Release to drop it

The deal's status updates automatically.

Creating a New Deal

To create a deal:

  1. Click + New Deal at the top
  2. Select the contact (or create a new contact)
  3. Enter the deal details:
    • Deal name
    • Deal amount
    • Expected close date
    • Stage
  4. Click Create Deal

The deal will appear on your Kanban board in the stage you selected.

Keep your pipeline organized by regularly updating deal stages and removing closed deals. Use the pipeline view in Analytics to spot bottlenecks.
