Contact Details

When you click on a contact from the contacts list, you'll see their detailed profile. This is where all the information about a contact lives.

The Three-Column Layout

The contact details page is organized into three columns:

  1. Left Panel: Basic contact information (name, email, phone, company, job title)
  2. Middle Panel: Activity timeline showing all interactions with this contact
  3. Right Panel: Quick actions, lead score, key dates, and associated deals

Activity Timeline

The middle column shows a chronological timeline of all interactions with this contact, including:

  • Calls: Duration, date, and any notes from the call
  • SMS: Text messages sent and received
  • Emails: Email correspondence
  • Notes: Manual notes you added
  • Tasks: Tasks created for this contact
  • Meetings: Scheduled meetings

Click any activity to see more details or edit it.

Quick Actions

In the right panel, you'll find buttons to quickly interact with the contact:

  • Call: Click to make a call using the integrated dialer
  • SMS: Send a text message
  • Note: Add a manual note to the timeline
  • Task: Create a task reminder

Lead Score and Key Dates

The right panel also shows:

  • Lead Score: An AI-calculated score indicating how engaged and sales-ready this contact is
  • First Contact Date: When you first added or contacted them
  • Last Activity: The most recent interaction
  • Next Scheduled Activity: Your next planned outreach

Associated Deals

At the bottom of the right panel, see all deals linked to this contact. Click a deal to jump to the deal details.

tip

The lead score updates automatically as you interact with the contact. Higher scores mean the contact is more engaged and closer to a purchase.

Editing Contact Information

Click the Edit button to update the contact's name, email, phone, company, or other details.
